- Performed PM vendor selection for 600+-physician multi-specialty group practice. Included review of practice management (PM) functionality to support complex billing requirements.
- Performed a Revenue Cycle Assessment for a PM client to better leverage application functionality, streamline workflows, and maximize staff productivity to stabilize billing operations after go-live.
- Performed a technical assessment of v11 database design to ensure the v11 application was built on a solid technical foundation to support the complex workflows of an academic medical center setting.
- Provided a v11 Note and Orders Specialist to test new Enterprise EHR releases to ensure that the clinical documentation and orders requirements of a 1,600-physician group practice were supported.
- Served as Project Manager for a 200-physician group practice implementing Enterprise PM. Implemented redesigned and standardized workflows throughout the organization, and centralized key functions.
- Developed implementation strategy and project plan for an academic medical center implementing Enterprise EHR (v11), which included a strategy for mitigating the potential risk of lost physician productivity throughout the go-live process.
- Led Enterprise EHR (v11) upgrade in an academic environment. Performed a gap analysis of current workflows and v11-certified workflows to implement true best practice workflows. Led v11 design/build.
- Provided a v11 Training Coordinator to develop the training strategy, supporting curriculum, and end-user documentation for a 600-physician multi-specialty practice.
- Developed registration, scheduling, and charge interfaces between Enterprise EHR and GE Centricity Business.
- Developed clinical interfaces including Lab Orders/Results, Pathology Orders/Results, Transcription, Pharmacy Orders, and ePrescribing.
