Regular full-time employees may elect health insurance coverage provided through Blue Cross/Blue Shield Preferred Blue PPO Plan and dental insurance with orthodontist coverage through Met Life.

CHS understands the importance of time away from work for your general health and well being and offers a Paid Time Off (PTO) program that allows you to receive paid time off based on individual preferences and varying needs. Depending on your date of hire with the company, you will earn and accrue paid time off (PTO) semimonthly. Additionally, CHS observes eight major holidays for which you will receive paid time off.
