Culbert is currently hiring consultants for long term engagements
in the following areas: EpicCare Ambulatory

• Certification in EpicCare Ambulatory is required
• Hands on build experience with EpicCare Ambulatory
• Experience with all aspects of an implementation.
• This position requires the Consultant to be onsite 4 days a week

Resolute PB & HB

• Project Manager with experience in Resolute PB & HB
~ Certification is not required but a plus!
• Resolute HB Claims Analyst
~ Certification is required in Resolute HB and experience with claims is a must.

Cadence

• Credentials or Certified Cadence Trainers
• Certified Cadence Build Analyst
~ Must be able to analyze and evaluate Epic application and have familiarity with full life

cycle implementation.

Charge Capture

• Epic Resolute certified analyst with experience in Charge Capture and Charge Data.

MyChart

• Epic MyChart Build Analyst
• Certification is required
• A minimum of 1 year of build experience and familiarity of all aspects of an implementation.

Inpatient

• Epic Procedure Order certification is required
• This analyst must have build experience and knowledgeable of the full cycle implementation process
• Clinical background is a plus
• This person must be able to relate with clinical staff

Responsibilities include:

• Full Life Cycle Implementation experience:
~ Workflow analysis & redesign
~ System build
~ Testing
~ Training
~ Go-Live Support
~ Optimization
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, evaluation and completion of specific assigned engagements.
• Travel is an essential requirement for this position and requires a commitment of up to 100% travel.
• Ensures engagement deliverable deadlines are met.
• Works with management to facilitate client satisfaction and meeting of the goals and objectives.
• Communicates with senior management and client to meet budgets and target dates.
• Prepares written summaries as defined in the project scope.
