We are currently seeking experienced consultants to work as full-time employees in the following practice areas: GE/IDX, Allscripts™, Epic, Integration and Technology Services, and Strategic Services.
Consultant
As a Consultant, you will provide healthcare system solutions and support throughout the client engagement. Consultants travel to various client sites to work in partnership with them to understand their operational business needs and implement solutions designed to meet identified needs.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or three-to-five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three-to-five years of healthcare finance, healthcare operations, or healthcare vendor-based experience
  • Solid understanding and experience with at least one of the following vendor suites of products: Allscripts™, Epic, GE/IDX
  • Clinical application implementation, healthcare information technology, or consulting experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel 80-100% of the time throughout the country
Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant, you will provide healthcare system solutions and support throughout the client engagement. Senior Consultants travel to various client sites to assess the client’s business needs, recommend and implement solutions, and manage CHS and client staff. You will work with clients to understand their operational business needs, and define, develop, and implement solutions to meet these needs.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or three-to-five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five-to-ten years (or more) of healthcare finance, healthcare operations, or healthcare vendor-based experience
  • Solid understanding and over five years of experience with at least one of the following vendor suites of products: Allscripts™, Epic, GE/IDX
  • Clinical application implementation, healthcare information technology, or consulting experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
  • Project management experience related to hospital or ambulatory implementation
  • Ability to travel 80-100% of the time throughout the country
Principal Consultant
Principal Consultants provide clients with senior-level healthcare consulting services. As a Principal Consultant, you will travel to various client sites to assess the client’s business needs, recommend and implement solutions, and manage CHS and client staff. You will work with clients to understand their operational business needs, and define, develop, and implement solutions to meet these needs.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; a Master’s degree in healthcare or business is strongly desired
  • Over twenty years of healthcare finance, healthcare operations, or healthcare vendor-based experience
  • Previous senior-level leadership role experience (i.e., CEO, COO, VP, Practice Director)
  • Solid understanding and over five years of experience with at least one of the following vendor suites of products: Allscripts™, Epic, GE/IDX
  • Clinical application implementation, healthcare information technology, or consulting experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
  • Project management experience related to hospital or ambulatory implementation
  • Ability to travel 80-100% of the time throughout the country
