- Provided a project manager and a Centricity Business subject-matter expert to facilitate a Centricity Business 4.0 upgrade at an independent specialty hospital.
- Implemented ETM at a large physician group. Services included extensive workflow redesign and development of productivity metrics.
- Performed a revenue cycle assessment at a 400-physician academic medical practice to identify areas for improvement. Outcomes included implementing optimized workflows, leveraging technology to automate manual processes, and increasing accountability.
