Rob founded Culbert Healthcare Solutions after twenty years of healthcare information technology experience. Rob began his career at IDX serving large health systems and academic medical centers and his areas of responsibility included M programming, Western Region Programming Manager, Eastern Region Customer Support Manager and finally Western Regional Manager for Customer Support and Implementations. For the past eleven years Rob served a number of the largest healthcare organizations in the country delivering and marketing Clinical and Financial Systems Implementation, Revenue Cycle Improvement, Interim Staffing for Practice Management, Billing Operations and Information Technology.
 Brad Boyd, Vice President, Sales & Marketing -
Brad has over twelve years of experience working with entrepreneurial companies to develop and deliver information technology products and services to the healthcare industry. After managing numerous revenue cycle and operations transformation consulting engagements for large academic medical centers and managed care organizations, he then served as a strategy consultant for a venture capital firm in Zurich, Switzerland assisting their biotech and pharma portfolio companies to enter various international markets.
 James W. Akimchuk, Jr, Vice President, Finance -
Jim served with the Massachusetts General Physicians Organization for over eleven years as Director of Operations for the physician billing office and most recently as the MGPO Director of Financial Services. Jim has extensive professional billing experience and led numerous revenue cycle improvement efforts to help establish the MGPO as a top performer as compared to the MGMA and University Health Consortium metrics. Jim pioneered the implementation of the electronic lockbox technology in partnership with the Bank of America. Jim has also deployed technology in the areas of business intelligence, refund process improvement, system re-installation and core vendor selection.

Michael joined Culbert Healthcare Solutions after over twenty years at IDX Systems Corporation where he held a variety of management positions in Customer Support, Implementations and Technology roles, and serving as CIO for the 10 years. Michael has considerable experience providing customer support and implementation services to many of IDX's largest clients. Michael is a Six Sigma trained sponsor, and was involved with many Six Sigma projects in the areas of Help Desk, Product Implementation, and Support.
 Jeff Wasserman, Vice President, Strategy and Executive Leadership Services -
Jeff has over thirty years of consulting and executive level experience in a variety of healthcare settings. Prior to his consulting career, Jeff served in senior leadership roles at University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics, University Physicians (Tucson, AZ), Novant Health, Lifespan and Fletcher Allen Healthcare. He assists academic health centers, faculty practice plans, medical groups, health systems, and hospitals that are undergoing change; and works with physician and management team leaders to improve strategic, clinical, and operational performance. His primary areas of expertise include strategic planning, physician-hospital alignment strategies, medical staff development, governance, network development, practice development and management, and ambulatory care operations. Most recently, Jeff's work has focused on strategic models for aligning physicians and health systems.
 Kristene McLaughlin, Administrator, Human Resources -
Kristene has experience recruiting for technical positions as well as managing benefits and employee communications for privately held consulting firms. Her experience includes benefit selection, administration, open enrollment communications and developing recruiting strategies, processes and procedures, as well as networking with other recruiting professionals. She is currently in the process of completing a graduate program in Human Resource Management. As the Human Resource Administrator she considers herself an advocate for the employees as well as being responsible for employee communications, benefits management and recruiting.
